  • Scope of work
    1. Identify and develop short terms and long-term sales opportunities from clients.
    2. To work on customer retention contract and return them in our PSI family.
    3. Support customer every time with good communication skills and educate them regarding pest issues, and guidance is a priority.
    4. Manage daily sales files in excell, books, and digital platforms to report branch managers every day.
    5. Daily sales activities report to share with back office team
    6. Coordinate with operation team for after sales service booking and scheduling.
    7. Provide report of every client, enquiry, inspection report with ASM, BM.
    8. Develop good relationships with our client
    9. Assist in debt collection and coordinate with the ASM team.
    10. Good in communication and well behaviour with every client.
